The device has signs of wear such as multiple scratches or minor imperfections to the frame/housing. The phone cannot be water-damaged or the frame/housing cannot be bent. The battery health must be good (Android) or 85%/higher (Apple), as per the settings on your phone. Devices with liquid damage are not accepted. Minor damage: The device has ONE of the following issues: cracked screen (OLED or LCD), or the battery health is bad (Android), or 84%/lower (Apple), as per the settings on your phone. Devices with liquid damage are not accepted.
Any device that is damaged with MORE THAN ONE issue from the minor damage category, including minor dents to the frame/housing. Devices with liquid damage or severely damaged or bent frames/housing are not accepted.
